I am suffering from stress and I have read a lot about breathing and how that can help so I downloaded a few of the breathing apps to trial. This one is my prefered one. The content is accessible and really mature - I feel educated whilst I'm learning to regulate my breathing. I like the articles too - who knew there was so much to breathing. I'm trying to get my teenage boys into it too - they could really benefit from some of these practices. Thanks!

This really helped me get back to my new years resolution to eat better. I find if I do this breathing each morning, I do actually eat better throughout the day. I even did the relax guided practice when I was feeling like I really wanted to snack before dinner, and it shifted my focus.

Cannot recommend this highly enough. It's a simple app - no fancy features, but thats fine by me, I wanted quailty breathing practices and these are them. EVERY DAY!!!

Excellent instruction. I love the pendulum and the different categories are useful in my day to day. I actually find the breathing practices more accessible than other meditation and mindfulness practices I have used in the past. The app is good because it has options for me - I like variety! I usually do the daily practices, the ones for relaxation and the pendulums when I just want to zone-out. I would definietly recommend this app.

I download way too many apps and don't use them. But I am using this app most days - I love the sound of the voiceover, I feel instantly calmed, and I do feel like the breathing benefits keep me light for the rest of the day. I have a problem with anxiety so I am using the destress and relax practices most and they work for me. I would highly recommend this app for anyone feeling stressed.
